contact your local Firefly sales representative and place the order through them. You can

prior to placing an order.
Q: Do you sell directly to consumers?
A: We only sell products through designers and retailers. If you need assistance in finding
local stores with our products, please send an email to
sales@fireflycollection.com and
include your city or zip code.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, the minimum order is $250.00. If you are a designer or wish to request a waiver
from our minimum order requirement, please contact us at
sales@fireflycollection.com.
Q: What payment terms do you offer?
A: All initial orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover for your convenience. Net 30 terms are available upon approval of
a written credit application. You may download a credit application by clicking here.

Q: How quickly are orders shipped?
A: Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.
